This study explored the effect of supplemental irrigation during fruit growth of 'Roja Lisa' (Opuntia ficus-indica) prickly pear cactus on the antioxidant, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic properties of peel extracts from fruits collected at harvest and after storage conditions.
