Improving the Repeatability and Efficacy of Intradermal Electroporated Self-Replicating mRNA
Local administration of naked self-replicating mRNA (sr-mRNA) in the skin or muscle using electroporation is effective but hampered by low repeatability.

Calcium indicator loading of neurons using single-cell electroporation [PDF]
Studies of subcellular Ca(2+) signaling rely on methods for labeling cells with fluorescent Ca(2+) indicator dyes. In this study, we demonstrate the use of single-cell electroporation for Ca(2+) indicator loading of individual neurons and small neuronal networks in rat neocortex in vitro and in vivo.

Three-dimensional distribution of sensory stimulation-evoked neuronal activity of spinal dorsal horn neurons analyzed by in vivo calcium imaging. [PDF]
The spinal dorsal horn comprises heterogeneous populations of interneurons and projection neurons, which form neuronal circuits crucial for processing of primary sensory information.

Milk of calcium renal cyst and Liesegang structures
Liesegang rings are rare and very few cases reported in literature in association with malignancy. Although they have no biologic or clinical significance, unique morphology and unfamiliarity with these structures are often confused with malignancy ...

Direct Therapeutic Applications of Calcium Electroporation to Effectively Induce Tumor Necrosis [PDF]
Abstract Electroporation of cells with short, high-voltage pulses causes a transient permeabilization of cell membranes that permits passage of otherwise nonpermeating ions and molecules. In this study, we illustrate how electroporation with isotonic calcium can achieve highly effective cancer cell kill in vivo.
