EXPRESSION OF mRNAS FOR CHEMOKINES AND CHEMOKINE RECEPTORS IN THE SKIN FROM PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS
. Some issues in etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis are poorly studied. Therefore, a search for new potential markers is actual for diagnostics of psoriasis in less clear cases.

A CCL24-dependent pathway augments eosinophilic airway inflammation in house dust mite-challenged Cd163−/− mice [PDF]
CD163 is a macrophage scavenger receptor with anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory functions. Here, we report that alveolar macrophages (AMΦs) from asthmatic subjects had reduced cell-surface expression of CD163, which suggested that CD163 might modulate the pathogenesis of asthma.

Hepatocyte TrkB is identified as a critical gatekeeper against MASH‐related fibrosis. Mechanistically, TrkB inhibits the TGFβ/SMAD3/FOS axis to suppress CCL2 secretion, thereby blocking pathogenic macrophage recruitment and ameliorating liver fibrosis.

Tocilizumab for severe and refractory mucous membrane pemphigoid
Elevated IL‐6 levels identified in mucous membrane pemphigoid support IL‐6 blockade, with tocilizumab demonstrating clinical benefit in nine patients with severe and refractory mucous membrane pemphigoid. Abstract Background Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) is a rare autoimmune blistering disease involving mucous membranes with a potentially ...
