circMAN1A2 as an Isoform‐Resolved Circular RNA Hub in Cancer
circMAN1A2 as an isoform‐resolved circular RNA hub in cancer. circMAN1A2 is generated by back‐splicing of MAN1A2 pre‐mRNA, with alternative circularization producing multiple isoforms, including the predominant circMAN1A2(2–5). Its mechanistic interfaces include miRNA‐associated regulation, RBP binding/proteostasis control, BSJ‐mediated RNA–RNA pairing,

Research Progress of Circular RNA and Protein Ubiquitination Modification in Cancer
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a class of noncoding RNA molecules with a covalently enclosed circular structure and are more stable than linear RNAs. CircRNAs possess unique characteristics and biological functions, playing key roles in the occurrence and ...

Predicting circRNA subcellular localization by fusing circRNA sequence and network information
CircRNAs have attracted more and more attentions in recent years as they play important roles in many biological processes. It is essential for determining the functions of circRNAs. The subcellular localizations of circRNAs are deemed to be related to their functions. Thus, it is necessary to determine the subcellular localizations of circRNAs.

CircHECTD1 Promotes Cholangiocarcinoma Progression Through Interaction With SFPQ to Induce Autophagy
CircHECTD1 directly interacts with SFPQ to upregulate ATG12 expression, thereby activating autophagy and promoting cholangiocarcinoma progression. This study uncovers a noncanonical circRNA–RNA‐binding protein regulatory mechanism and provides a potential therapeutic target for cholangiocarcinoma.

HNRNPD regulates the biogenesis of circRNAs and the ratio of mRNAs to circRNAs for a set of genes
Exonic circular RNAs (ecircRNAs) in animal cells are generated by backsplicing, and the biogenesis of ecircRNAs is regulated by an array of RNA binding proteins (RBPs). HNRNPD is a heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein family member with both cytoplasmic and nuclear roles, and whether HNRNPD regulates the biogenesis of circRNAs remains unknown.

Integrated Engineering of CAR‐T Cells for Solid Tumours
Solid tumours pose multifactorial barriers including antigen heterogeneity, immunosuppressive microenvironment, and poor T‐cell trafficking, limiting CAR‐T efficacy compared to hematologic malignancies. Integrated engineering strategies are essential, combining logic‐gated receptors for precision, metabolic‐epigenetic reprogramming for resilience, and ...

The systematic review and meta‐analysis (Embase, PubMed, and Web of Science; up to August 2025) evaluated circulating noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) as noninvasive early diagnostic biomarkers for diabetic retinopathy (DR). From 17 articles (24 studies, 1,983 DR patients vs 1,437 controls), a random‐effects model yielded pooled sensitivity of 0.81, specificity
