Epithelial-mesenchymal transition-associated microRNA/mRNA signature is linked to metastasis and prognosis in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma [PDF]
Clear-cell renal cell carcinomas (ccRCCs) are genetically heterogeneous tumors presenting diverse clinical courses. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a crucial process involved in initiation of metastatic cascade.

RNA‐binding protein RBMS1: A new target for cancer diagnosis and treatment
This schematic illustrates the diverse regulatory roles of RNA‐binding motif single‐stranded interacting protein 1 (RBMS1) across multiple human cancers. In breast cancer, RBMS1 stabilizes B4GALT1 mRNA to promote PD‐L1 glycosylation, modulating tumor immune escape and immunotherapy efficacy.

Pancreatic cancer (PaCa) has a poor prognosis, with low resection rates and high relapse rates, highlighting the urgent need for novel diagnostic biomarkers. Here, we performed whole‐transcriptome sequencing of plasma‐derived exosomes from PaCa patients and identified several differentially expressed circular RNAs (circRNAs).

Profiling analysis of long non-coding RNAs in early postnatal mouse hearts [PDF]
Mammalian cardiomyocytes undergo a critical hyperplastic-to-hypertrophic growth transition at early postnatal age, which is important in establishing normal physiological function of postnatal hearts. In the current study, we intended to explore the role
