PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.

By leveraging this homodimerization mechanism, molecular glues were rationally designed to induce dysfunctional 3A dimerization, thereby restoring antiviral RNAi. The optimal molecular glue, VTP‐32, demonstrated potent and pan‐enterovirus (groups A, B, D) antiviral effects.

Diverse Strategies Used by Picornaviruses to Escape Host RNA Decay Pathways
To successfully replicate, viruses protect their genomic material from degradation by the host cell. RNA viruses must contend with numerous destabilizing host cell processes including mRNA decay pathways and viral RNA (vRNA) degradation resulting from ...

The Role of miRNAs in Chicken Immune Regulation and Prospects for Disease‐Resistant Breeding
A schematic workflow illustrating the screening of disease‐resistant miRNAs and the generation of miRNA‐based disease‐resistant chickens via PGC‐mediated germline genome editing. ABSTRACT MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are emerging as pivotal regulators of the immune system, playing a decisive role in shaping disease resistance in chicken.

Molecular epidemiology of Coxsackievirus B3
Molecular epidemiological characteristics are needed to understand the impact of Coxsackievirus B3 (CV-B3) infection, since no CV-B3 genotyping literature is available. Twenty-nine CV-B3 Taiwan strains obtained from 1992 to 2005 were analyzed. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the 290 nucleotide sequence of the VP1 gene of Taiwan isolates ...

Molecular Phylogeny of Coxsackievirus A16 [PDF]
We have read the article by [Zong et al.][1] with considerable interest ([1][2]). They described the molecular phylogeny of Coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) in Shenzhen, China, from 2005 to 2009. In their paper, they claimed that “Subtype B2 could be further divided into clusters B2a, B2b, and B2c ...
