摘 要： 【目的】 阐明ＢＭＰ２是否参与了Ｄｅｃｏｒｉｎ诱导的血管平滑肌细胞（ＶＳＭＣ）钙化。【方法】 本研究采用人血管平滑肌细胞钙化体外模型，用腺病毒载体过表达Ｄｅｃｏｒｉｎ，检测骨相关蛋白ＢＭＰ２、Ｍｓｘ２、Ｏｓｔｅｒｉｘ的表达和细胞钙化程度。观察抑制或增加ＢＭＰ２信号对Ｄｅｃｏｒｉｎ诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化和Ｍｓｘ２、Ｏｓｔｅｒｉｘ表达的影响。【结果】Ｄｅｃｏｒｉｎ能促进人血管平滑肌细胞钙化，同时上调ＢＭＰ２、Ｍｓｘ２、Ｏｓｔｅｒｉｘ的表达水平。抑制ＢＭＰ２能减轻Ｄｅｃｏｒｉｎ诱导的细胞钙化 ...
