A NEURAL NETWORK CONTROL BASED ON DIFFERENTIAL FLATNESS FOR A QUADROTOR [PDF]

open access: yesConferência Brasileira de Dinâmica, Controle e Aplicações, 2011
In this paper, a control strategy for a quadrotor using neural network and differential flatness is proposed. Since attitude and altitude of the quadrotor are differential flat outputs for its flight dynamics, neural networks are used to perform the inversion of the flight dynamics and provide the nominal input control for the quadrotor.

Real-Time Trajectory Planning and Control for Constrained UAV Based on Differential Flatness

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering, 2022
The trajectory planning of UAV with nonholonomic constraints is usually taken as differential algebraic equation to solve the optimal control problem of functional extremum under the condition of inequality constraints.

Flatness and Monge parameterization of two-input systems, control-affine with 4 states or general with 3 states [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
This paper studies Monge parameterization, or differential flatness, of control-affine systems with four states and twocontrols. Some of them are known to be flat, and this implies admitting a Monge parameterization.

Differential Flatness and Flatness Inspired Control of Aerial Manipulators based on Lagrangian Reduction

open access: yesCoRR, 2021
This paper shows that the dynamics of a general class of aerial manipulators, consist of an underactuated multi-rotor base with an arbitrary k-linked articulated manipulator, are differentially flat. Methods of Lagrangian Reduction under broken symmetries produce reduced equations of motion whose key variables: center-of-mass linear momentum, vehicle ...

Robust Flat Filtering Control of a Two Degrees of Freedom Helicopter Subject to Tail Rotor Disturbances

open access: yesInternational Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, 2023
This article deals with modelling and a flatness-based robust trajectory tracking scheme for a two degrees of freedom helicopter, which is subject to four types of tail rotor disturbances to validate the control scheme robustness. A mathematical model of

Flatness-based linear active disturbance rejection control for tower crane [PDF]

open access: yesFME Transactions
Controlling tower cranes presents substantial challenges due to their complexity, nonlinearity, and under-actuated dynamics. This paper introduces a control strategy integrating Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control (LADRC) with differential ...
