CLusterix: A Hybrid Visualization Model for Hierarchically Clustered Networks
Abstract We introduce Clusterix, a novel hybrid visualization model for representing hierarchically clustered networks, which also supports directed and weighted edges. Clusterix offers an integrated view of both the network and its full cluster hierarchy by compactly visualizing the cluster inclusion tree enriched with links of the network.

Evaluating Encodings for Bivariate Edges in Adjacency Matrices
Abstract We present the first empirical evaluation of techniques for encoding distributions of quantitative edge values within adjacency matrices. In many real‐world networks, edges represent not a single value but a set of measurements. While adjacency matrices preserve structural clarity, their compact cells limit the simultaneous display of multiple

Power advantage and unit ambidexterity: A tripartite mediation framework
Abstract While research on unit‐level ambidexterity is burgeoning, the role of a unit's power advantage has been largely overlooked. Yet, organizational units are interdependent, and gaining an advantageous position across a network of multiple power relationships with other units enables them to create a context favorable to pursuing both exploration ...

Abstract We examine how a single exploitative employer decision event, conceptualized as a shock, interacts with employees' accumulated perceived employer exploitation to amplify feelings of violation and influence adverse employee reactions. This interaction effect, and its boundary conditions, constitutes the primary theoretical contribution of the ...

Learning Styles, Engagement and Anxiety in AI‐Mediated Writing: A Multimodal Feedback Study
ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence (AI) tools now permeate English academic writing. However, evidence on how feedback modalities align with student differences and with psychological mechanisms remains limited. Prior work often reduced learning styles to simple matches with delivery modes and treated learning engagement and writing anxiety as peripheral.
