Adolescent social isolation disrupts hippocampal function and exacerbates emotional symptoms, with sex‐specific patterns, as shown by human studies. N‐nitrosamine impurities (B, C, E, H, I, J) of timolol maleate are easily synthesized from diethyl malonate and 3,4‐dichloro‐1,2,5‐thiadiazole. Good yields and precise impurity profiling are made possible by the effective technique, which also ensures pharmaceutical safety and strengthens regulatory compliance.

A Solvent‐Free Synthesis of Imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridines Using CCl4 as an Oxidant
A solvent‐free synthesis of imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridines (Impys) using CCl4 as an oxidant reagent and DBU as the base is informed. An array of Impys derived from different benzylic, heteroaryl aldehydes and others was synthesized in moderate to good yields.
