DRAM1 plays a critical role in the modulation of autophagy. The m6A methylation level of DRAM1 mRNA is suppressed by dexamethasone. Dexamethasone impairs autophagy‐associated osteogenic differentiation by inhibiting YTHDF1‐mediated translation of m6A‐modified DRAM1.

Effects of high glucose on osteogenic differentiation of hBMSC
Objective To investigate the effects of different glucose concentration on the proliferation and osteogen⁃ ic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSC) in vivo. Methods Cultured with basal medi⁃ um containing different glucose concentrations, CCK⁃8 cell proliferation was detected at 1, 4, 7, 10 days.

Bone tissue engineering usually consists of associating osteoprogenitor cells and macroporous scaffolds. This study investigated the in vitro osteoblastic differentiation and resulting in vivo bone formation induced by a different approach that uses particles as substrate for human bone marrow stromal cells (hBMSCs), in order to provide cells with a ...
