The NF‐κB Signalling Pathway: Mechanisms, Consequences and Therapeutic Targets

open access: yesJournal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Volume 30, Issue 11, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Nuclear Factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB) is a master transcriptional regulator orchestrating critical cellular processes, predominantly immunity and inflammation. However, its aberrant constitutive activation has emerged as a unifying pathogenetic hallmark across diverse malignancies, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory diseases.

French guidelines on systemic treatments for moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis in adults: Update 2025

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Volume 40, Issue 6, Page 963-979, June 2026.
New 2025 French guidelines update psoriasis management with revised algorithms integrating recent systemic therapies. They recommend methotrexate, adalimumab or ustekinumab as first‐line treatments and provide guidance for special psoriasis forms, comorbidities, pregnancy and long‐term management.

Immune endotypes in tuberculosis: Keys to decoding disease complexity

open access: yesJournal of Internal Medicine, Volume 299, Issue 6, Page 670-693, June 2026.
Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health challenge, with multi‐drug antibiotic regimens as the current standard of care. While effective at killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis, these treatments do not resolve persistent inflammation, prevent lung damage, or reverse immune dysregulation that contribute to poor outcomes and disease ...

Beyond the veil of HIV-1 latency

open access: yes
Viral reservoirs that contain replication competent HIV-1 provirus are the main barrier to an HIV-1 cure. HIV-1 latency is strictly regulated by key host cellular mechanisms at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. The aim of the project is to characterize the molecular mechanisms that are involved in the maintenance of HIV-1 latency in in ...
