Maturity sorting index of dragon fruit: Hylocereus polyrhizus

Anthelmintic Screening of Hylocereus polyrhizus Rind Extracts

แก้วมังกรแดงเป็นผลไม้ที่นิยมปลูกในทวีปเอเชีย มีสีสวยและมีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการสูง จากการศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเคมี และสมบัติในการเป็นสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระของสารสกัดจากแก้วมังกรแดงสายพันธุ์ Hylocereus polyrhizus พบว่า มีความชื้น โปรตีน ไขมัน เถ้า และไฟเบอร์ เท่ากับ 88.20, 0.17, 0.40, 0.12 และ 8.20 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ และยังพบกรดมาลิกในปริมาณ 7.6 กรัมต่อลิตร รวมทั้

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้เอนไซม์ต่อสารออกฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพจากเปลือกและเนื้อแก้วมังกรพันธุ์เนื้อสีแดง พบว่าแก้วมังกรแดงที่ใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบมีอายุการเก็บเกี่ยว 45 – 50 วันนับตั้งแต่ออกดอกเป็นระยะที่มีการสะสมสารออกฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพและเบต้าไซนานินสูงกว่าระดับอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) และเมื่อใช้อุณหภูมิ 85◦C นาน 3 นาทีร่วมกับกรดแอสคอร์บ ...
