This study aimed to formulate a suitable statistical model to determine acetylcholinesterase enzyme's half-maximal inhibitory (IC50) by a series of synthetic compounds. It was done with the same core structure for acetylcholinesterase inhibition for anti-Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
