Natural Product‐Derived Vesicles in Nanotherapeutics
Natural product‐derived vesicles (NPVs) are an emerging nature‐based nanotherapeutic that can deliver bioactive metabolites into the target site and induce beneficial mechanisms. A practical, chronological bench‐to‐bedside approach throughout the entire NPV development process is expected to resolve challenges encountered in NPV studies.

Metabolic Syndrome: From Mechanisms to Therapeutic Interventions
A comprehensive overview of molecular mechanisms delves into the potential disease mechanisms of metabolic syndrome, including complex mechanisms such as insulin resistance, chronic low‐grade inflammation, oxidative stress, and epigenetic modifications, and how these mechanisms contribute to the development of metabolic syndrome. Here, the relationship

Neuroimaging of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (Ido1) in Alzheimer's disease: Development of a novel
IDO1-mediated dysregulation of the kynurenine pathway is a pivotal driver of neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Despite its clinical significance, PET probes specifically targeting IDO1 in the AD brain remain scarce.

Tissue‐Resident Macrophage in Inflammation and Cancer
Opposing macrophage functions in inflammation and cancer converge on shared mechanistic nodes, informing cross‐disease therapeutic strategies. ABSTRACT Tissue‐resident macrophages (TRMs) are long‐lived immune cells strategically distributed across organs, where their functional plasticity enables both homeostatic maintenance and pathological ...
