Synthesis and Study Biological Activity of Some New Isoxazoline and Pyrazoline derivatives
This work involves synthesis of novel Schiff bases derivatives contining isoxazoline or pyrazoline units starting with chalcons . 4-Aminoacetophenone was reacted with 3-nitrobenzaldehyde in basic medium giving chalcone [I] by claisen-schemidt ...

We tested the oomycide oxathiapiprolin as a protective and curative agent against kauri dieback disease (caused by Phytophthora agathidicida) in Agathis australis seedlings. Protective application of oxathiapiprolin (10 or 50 mg per seedling) effectively prevented disease, but it did not cure existing infections.

The Azidofunctionalization of Alkenes
The azidofunctionalization of alkenes offers a powerful strategy for synthesizing nitrogen‐containing compounds by installing both an azide and a second functional group in one step. This approach, employing photoredox catalysis, transition metals, and radical methods, is efficient, selective, and versatile, with applications in pharmaceuticals and ...
