Contact Sensitization in Patients With Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia: Patch Test Results With an Extended Baseline Series in Consecutive Patients

Sensitization to propolis, shellac and gallate mix is FFA‐associated, but its relevance is largely unknown. Sensitization to salicylates is frequent and associated with symptoms of intolerance to sun exposure or sunscreens. No significant improvement by allergen avoidance is identified.

Contact Sensitisation Trends in Slovenian Children and Adolescents: A Retrospective Single‐Centre Study

Nickel sensitisation in children decreased significantly over time, while dyes and isothiazolinones are emerging allergens. These findings underscore shifting exposure patterns and the need for continuous surveillance to guide effective patch testing and prevention strategies.

Epidemiological, Clinical and Allergic Profile of Patients With Dyshidrotic Eczema (Acute and Recurrent Vesicular Dermatitis): Evaluation of the Spanish Registry of Research in Contact Dermatitis and Cutaneous Allergy (REIDAC)

In this exploratory analysis, dyshidrotic eczema demonstrated a distinct sensitisation pattern compared with non‐dyshidrotic hand eczema. The lower proportion of clinically relevant reactions amongst positive patch tests suggests a multi‐factorial and not exclusively allergic background.
