Natural Product‐Derived Vesicles in Nanotherapeutics
Natural product‐derived vesicles (NPVs) are an emerging nature‐based nanotherapeutic that can deliver bioactive metabolites into the target site and induce beneficial mechanisms. A practical, chronological bench‐to‐bedside approach throughout the entire NPV development process is expected to resolve challenges encountered in NPV studies.

Vaginal formulations containing prebiotics and probiotics for treatment of bacterial vaginosis
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a common dysbiosis of the human vagina in which commensal vaginal lactobacilli are displaced by mixed pathogenic bacterial populations. Current treatments by antibiotics result in short- term cure but often lead to recurrence.

Influence of type and proportion of lyoprotectants on lyophilized ginsenoside Rg3 liposomes
Abstract Objectives To improve stability and shelf life, lyophilized formulations of 20(R)-Ginsenoside Rg3 liposomes (G-Rg3-Ls) were prepared. Methods Glucose, trehalose, sucrose, maltose, lactose, mannitol, inositol, hydroxypropyl-β ...

This review introduces “Regenerative Microbiology,” a framework that uses bacterial antagonism and phage therapy to address diabetic wound dysbiosis. By activating the p40/EGFR/PI3K axis and providing a vascular‐stratified precision roadmap, this approach shifts the paradigm from antimicrobial suppression to intelligent, microbe‐driven tissue ...
