Network toxicology reveals glyphosate mechanisms in kidney injury and cancer

open access: yesScientific Reports
Abstract Molecular mechanisms underlying glyphosate-induced nephrotoxicity and carcinogenicity were investigated through integrated network toxicology, molecular docking, and dynamics simulations. Screening identified 47 potential glyphosate targets; intersection analysis yielded 20 kidney injury and 31 kidney cancer shared targets.

Supramolecular Degraders: An Emerging Paradigm in Targeted Protein Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dynamic supramolecular assembly reshapes targeted protein degradation by coordinating modular degrader construction, delivery, functional integration, and intracellular assembly or activation across proteasomal, endosomal–lysosomal, and autophagy–lysosomal pathways.

Network toxicology reveals mechanisms of Endosulfan-induced lung injury

open access: yesInhalation Toxicology
Endosulfan, an organochlorine pesticide, consists of two isomers (α-Endosulfan and β-Endosulfan) and a primary metabolite, Endosulfan sulfate (END-SO4). Due to its pervasive environmental contamination and harmful effects—such as neurotoxicity, endocrine disruption, and reproductive toxicity in humans—END was included in the Stockholm Convention on ...

Ultrasound‐Activated Nanoinhibitors Blocking the Chemo‐Immune Checkpoint to Overcome Chemotherapy‐Induced Immune Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A sono‐responsive chemo‐immune checkpoint nanoinhibitor (Sono‐TT8) co‐delivering TPZ chemotherapy and siXkr8 simultaneously kills tumor cells and blocks PS externalization, reversing chemotherapy‐induced immunosuppression and enhancing antitumor immunity. ABSTRACT Breast cancer features an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment following chemotherapy

Unraveling the toxicological impact of Bisphenol A exposure on dermatomyositis: An integration of network toxicology and machine learning approaches

open access: yesPLOS One
Background Dermatomyositis is a common immune-mediated skin disorder whose pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Environmental factors play a key role in its onset and progression. Bisphenol A (BPA) is a widespread environmental pollutant known to pose risks to human health. Previous studies have indicated

FTSJ3‐Mediated 2′‐O‐Methylation of HSPA5 mRNA Stabilizes BOP1 via SUMOylation to Drive DRP1‐Dependent Mitochondrial Fission and Fatty Acid Oxidation in Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The RNA methyltransferase FTSJ3 drives lung squamous cell carcinoma progression by catalyzing 2′‐O‐methylation of HSPA5 mRNA, which stabilizes BOP1 through SUMOylation and activates DRP1/SREBP1‐mediated mitochondrial fission and fatty acid oxidation. Targeting this axis with liposomal siRNA potently suppresses tumor growth and metastasis ABSTRACT Lung ...
