UiO‐66 metal–organic frameworks in biomedicine: From structural tunability to bioimaging, photodiagnostics, and photodynamic cancer therapy

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
UiO‐66(Zr) metal–organic frameworks are chemically stable, biocompatible, and highly tunable nanomaterials. Their modular structure enables controlled drug delivery, multimodal bioimaging, and light‐activated photodynamic therapy, supporting integrated diagnostic and therapeutic (theranostic) applications in cancer and biomedical research.

Total Stepwise Solid-Phase Synthesis of Oligonucleotide-(3‘→N)-Peptide Conjugates

open access: yes, 2016
An efficient total stepwise solid-phase synthesis of oligonucleotide-(3‘→N)-peptide conjugates is described that makes use of either a controlled pore glass support or macroporous polystyrene beads.

Solid Phase Synthesis of a Metronidazole Oligonucleotide Conjugate [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Direct, solid phase synthesis of an oligonucleotide conjugate of the antibioticdrug metronidazole was accomplished by the phosphoramidite method. Removal ofprotecting groups and cleavage from the controlled pore glass (CPG) solid support wassuccessful ...
