Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 45 orang dan sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel, dengan tekinik sampel yaitu sampel jenuh.
