Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM yang berjumlah 136 dengan sampel sebanyak 58 responden.
