Strained azirinium ylides derived from 2H-azirines and α-diazoketones under Rh(II)-catalysis can undergo either irreversible ring opening across the N–C2 bond to 2-azabuta-1,3-dienes that further cyclize to 2H-1,4-oxazines or reversibly undergo a 1,5 ...

Actinomycin Derivatives: Structural Diversification and Biological Activities
Actinomycins are chromopeptide antibiotics exhibiting remarkable structural diversity and broad bioactivity. This review traces their development from naturally occurring D‐, X‐, A‐, G‐, Y‐, and Z‐type analogs to precursor‐directed, synthetic, and semisynthetic derivatives.

Microhydration Structures of Protonated Oxazole [PDF]
The initial microhydration structures of the protonated pharmaceutical building block oxazole (Ox), H+Ox-Wn≤4, are determined by infrared photodissociation (IRPD) spectroscopy combined with quantum chemical dispersion-corrected density functional theory calculations (B3LYP-D3/aug-cc-pVTZ).

Brain‐Wide Mapping and Synaptic Localization of C1QL3 Using a Novel Epitope‐Tagged Knock‐In Mouse
C1QL3 is a secreted adhesion molecule that acts as a key regulator of synaptic structure and function. We generated and validated a novel epitope‐tagged knock‐in mouse line (C1ql32HA) in which two hemagglutinin (HA) epitopes were inserted near the N‐terminus of the endogenous C1QL3 protein.

Azole‐Based Diarylbenzenes for Molecular Solar Thermal Energy Storage: A Computational Analysis
Diarylethenes containing aromatic π‐linkers have attracted research interest in recent years owing to their potential applications in molecular solar thermal (MOST) energy storage systems. In this work, we demonstrate that replacing the thienyl core of diarylbenzenes with an oxazole core and introducing lateral alkyl‐substituents on the oxazole core ...

Synthesis of some Heterocyclic Compounds Derived from
The 4-(?-bromo acetyl)-4?-toluene sulfonanilide (2) was used as key intermediate to synthesize new heterocyclic compounds. This bromo compound was synthesized via sulfonation of amino group of p-amino acetophenone using Hinsburg method with 4-toluene ...

A vinyl addition polynorbornene (VA‐PNB)‐supported N‐Heterocyclic carbene precatalyst is successfully used in the metal‐free coupling of terminal alkynes, carbon dioxide, and chlorides toward propargylic esters. The conversion of carbon dioxide into high‐value chemical scaffolds is a central challenge in modern green chemistry. In this study, we report
