Elucidating the Pro‐Tumor Role of LncRNA CROCCP2 in Glioma via the miR‐5584‐5p/HOXD11/Autophagy Pathway

The lncRNA CROCCP2 upregulates HOXD11 by competitively adsorbing miR‐5584‐5p, thereby promoting glioma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by inhibiting autophagy. It significantly enhances tumor growth in vivo, suggesting it may be a potential therapeutic target for gliomas.

Combined MEK1/2 and Autophagy Inhibition Suppresses Tumor Growth via STING‐Mediated Type I Interferon Response in iCCA

Cancer Science, EarlyView.
Through bioinformatic analyses, iCCA cell models, and in vivo xenograft experiments, we show that autophagy inhibition sensitizes iCCA to MEK1/2 blockade by enhancing STING‐dependent type I interferon signaling. Hypericin Suppresses Liver Cancer Through Autophagic Degradation of AKT and Eliciting Antitumor Immune Response
