ABSTRACT Background Voriconazole (VRC), a triazole antifungal agent, is recommended as primary treatment for invasive aspergillosis. Due to its unpredictable dose‐exposure relationship, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is recommended. Despite TDM, the probability of achieving therapeutic targets is only approximately 50%.
