Interlaboratory performance testing on EPIC v2.0 CNS tumor profiling demonstrates high reproducibility of tumor classification but reveals the need for harmonized copy number variation reporting

Using the Infinium MethylationEPIC v2.0 array and Heidelberg Brain Tumor Classifier v12.8, 24 international laboratories achieved highly reproducible CNS tumor classification (97.9% correct; median β‐correlation r = 0.99), while copy number variation interpretation showed substantial interlaboratory variability, highlighting the need for harmonized CNV

Organ‐Specific Cancer‐Associated Fibroblast Subtypes Across the Digestive System Linked to Cancer Hallmarks

We integrated 14 single‐cell RNA‐seq datasets and 18 bulk cohorts to define eight CAF subtypes in GI cancers. myCAF1 and myCAF2 promoted immunosuppressive, poor‐prognosis niches, whereas iCAF1 was linked to favorable prognosis and antitumor immunity.

Lactate‐Primed NETosis Modulates Hepatic Regeneration During Acute Liver Failure via the TLR9/KLF15/AJUBA Axis

This study elucidates a novel Kupffer cell‐neutrophil‐hepatocyte axis that drives metabolic‐immune crosstalk during acute liver failure. Specifically, lactate‐primed NETs release links metabolic reprogramming to NETosis‐induced regenerative failure in hepatocytes via the TLR9/KLF15/AJUBA axis.
