Increasing energy improved solubilization and protein recovery but reduced antioxidant responses, while biomass loading affected extract composition.

A basal diet was supplemented with 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.5% yeast β‐glucan and administered to fish at 7%–4% of body weight per day for 100 days.

Applied Research, Volume 5, Issue 6, December 2026.This study investigates the moisture sorption thermodynamics, dielectric relaxation behavior, and humidity‐sensing performance of compressed Ulva biomass pellets. The findings demonstrate that sustainable macroalgal pellets provide low hysteresis (~1.63%) and wide‐range sensitivity for green environmental diagnostics.
