Reflection on Teachers’ Beliefs
2013Teacher beliefs build up gradually over a teacher’s career and are said to come from a variety of sources. Richards and Lockhart (1994) for example, have suggested that ESL teachers’ beliefs can originate from any of the following six possible sources: (1) teachers’ past experience as language learners.
