Spatiotemporal CD8+ T‐Cell Dynamics: Clonal Replacement and Expansion as Determinants of Sustainable Antitumor Response

Durable antitumor immunity depends on continuous clonal replacement: immune checkpoint inhibitors that drive sustainable, polyclonal mobilization of T‐cell clones from tumor‐draining lymph nodes sustain tumor control, whereas limited, oligoclonal mobilization allows pre‐existing clones to become exhausted, leading to immune escape.

Spatial Atlas of Small Cell Lung Carcinoma Reveals Intratumoral Tumor‐State Heterogeneity and an MMP12+ Macrophage Niche

Spatial transcriptomic profiling of SCLC revealed marked intratumoral heterogeneity, including coexisting neuroendocrine and non‐neuroendocrine states and spatially heterogeneous hypoxia, and identified an MMP12+ macrophage population enriched at hypoxic and necrotic tumor interfaces.

Single‐Cell and Spatial Analysis Reveal the Differences Between Left‐Sided and Right‐Sided Colorectal Cancer

Single‐cell and spatial analysis revealed distinct CRC microenvironments by tumour laterality. Right‐sided tumours showed enhanced germinal centre B cells, CXCL13+ T cells, and organized TLS‐immune crosstalk via CCL19/21‐CCR7, suggesting better immunotherapy response.
