Comprehensive Organic Analysis of Antartic Micrometeorites [PDF]
Introduction: Micrometeorites (MMs) are thought to be significant contributors of organic material to the early Earth [1], and a variety of techniques have been employed to identify their organic composition [2-6]. These include the identification of key

MARPLE: A Proximity‐Triggered CRISPR‐Cas13 Platform for Ultrasensitive Antibody Detection
MARPLE is a modular CRISPR‐Cas13 immunoassay that uses antibody‐induced proximity to trigger a toehold‐exchange reaction, releasing an RNA activator for Cas13. This one‐pot, isothermal architecture enables ultrasensitive (femtomolar) and highly specific detection of diverse antibodies, including therapeutic, pathogen‐specific, and cancer‐associated ...

4-[Bis(thiazol-2-ylamino)methyl]phenol
We have designed and synthesized novel bis-thiazole derivative. A 4-[bis(thiazol-2-ylamino)methyl]phenol was efficiently prepared in 71% yield by the reaction of 2-aminothiazole with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde in ethanol for 24 h.

A 3D mammalian cell separator biochip [PDF]
The dissimilar cytoskeletal architecture in diverse cell types induces a difference in their deformability that presents a viable approach to separate cells in a non-invasive manner. We report on the design and fabrication of a robust and scalable device

In this work, a novel molecular design strategy was employed to truncate large‐scale conjugated structures in covalent polymer materials. This approach significantly enhances the catalyst’s light‐harvesting capability, prolongs the lifetime of photogenerated charge carriers, and improves catalytic activity, thereby offering a new conceptual pathway for

Thiazoles in glycosylation reactions: Novel synthesis of thiazole thioglycosides
AbstractThis research reports a novel method for synthesizing new thiazole thioglycosides. This series of thiazole thioglycosides were designed by the reaction of potassium cyanocarbonimidodithioate 2 with benzoyl acetonitrile 3a and ethyl bromoacetate 3b in the presence of ethanol‐KOH to give the corresponding potassium 4‐amino‐5‐substituted‐thiazole ...

A targeted in situ methylation strategy is developed to engineer cationic centers in a quinoline‐linked COF (NQ‐COFS1‐Me), creating a strong built‐in electric field, which effectively suppresses excitonic effects and promotes charge separation. The optimized material demonstrates powerful photocatalytic ROS generation for rapid bacterial inactivation ...
