A novel shark single-domain antibody targeting OGT as a tool for detection and intracellular localization [PDF]
IntroductionO-GlcNAcylation is a type of reversible post-translational modification on Ser/Thr residues of intracellular proteins in eukaryotic cells, which is generated by the sole O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) and removed by O-GlcNAcase (OGA).

Nanobody-enhanced chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy: overcoming barriers in solid tumors with VHH and VNAR-based constructs [PDF]
CAR-T cells are genetically modified T lymphocytes that express chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) on their surfaces. These receptors enable T lymphocytes to recognize specific antigens on target cells, triggering a response that leads to targeted ...

Identification of nurse shark VNAR single-domain antibodies targeting the spike S2 subunit of SARS-CoV-2. [PDF]
Shark VNAR nanobodies targeting the S2 subunit of SARS‐CoV‐2 spike protein were identified from a naïve nurse shark VNAR phage display library by phage panning. The S2A9 VNAR showed the best neutralization activity against the original pseudotyped virus and was further characterized.
