Expression and function of the chemokine receptor XCR1 on murine CD8 + DC
In dieser Arbeit wurde die Expression von XCR1 in B6XCR1lacZ+/+ Reporter Mäusen charakterisiert, die β-Galaktosidase unter der Kontrolle des XCR1-Promotors exprimieren. In Gewebeschnitten konnten wir zeigen, dass eine starke XCR1-Expression nur in lymphatischen Organen wie Milz, Lymphknoten und Thymus nachweisbar ist.
