[Cloning and in vitro expression of XCR1 of Rhesus macaque].

Xi bao yu fen zi mian yi xue za zhi = Chinese journal of cellular and molecular immunology, 2017
Objective To characterize the gene of Rhesus macaque XC chemokine receptor 1 (XCR1) and express it in HEK293T cells. Methods Rhesus macaque XCR1 gene was amplified by reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) and rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE). The sequence alignment was compared with XCR1 of other species in GenBank. Eukaryotic expression plasmid 3.1-

In Vivo Ablation of a Dendritic Cell Subset Expressing the Chemokine Receptor XCR1

2016
Dendritic cells (DCs) are one of the key populations controlling immune responses. To establish a cell depletion system in vivo, human diphtheria toxin (DT) receptor (DTR) is transduced to the mice in which DTR is expressed under the control of a specific promoter. In these mice, DTR-expressing cells are inducibly depleted after DT injection.

Transcriptomic analyses of chemokines reveal that down-regulation of XCR1 is associated with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 2018
Chemokines are essential coordinators of cellular migration and cell-cell interactions, therefore considerable attention has been paid to the application of chemokines to cancer immunotherapy. In this study, we screened for the expression levels of 58 human chemokines/chemokine receptors in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by using samples from the TCGA ...

In Vitro Generation of Human XCR1+ Dendritic Cells from CD34+ Hematopoietic Progenitors

2016
Dendritic cells (DCs) are a heterogeneous population of professional antigen-presenting cells which play a key role in orchestrating immune defenses. Most of the information gained on human DC biology was derived from studies conducted with DCs generated in vitro from peripheral blood CD14(+) monocytes (MoDCs) or from CD34(+) hematopoietic progenitors.

Expanding the tools for identifying mononuclear phagocyte subsets in swine: Reagents to porcine CD11c and XCR1

Developmental & Comparative Immunology, 2016
Pig is a domestic species of major importance in the agro-economy and in biomedical research. Mononuclear phagocytes (MNP) are organized in subsets with specialized roles in the orchestration of the immune response and new tools are awaited to improve MNP subset identification in the pig.

Theoretical study of the structural and electronic properties of the Sc xCr1-xN compound

2015
