Anion-Driven C–F Bond Activation of Trifluoromethyl N‑Aryl Hydrazones: Application to the Synthesis of 1,3,4-Oxadiazoles [PDF]
The CF3 group attached to N-aryl hydrazone could be activated upon treatment with a suitable base, thus serving as an excellent C1 unit for the assembly of a series of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles by reaction with hydrazides.

ABSTRACT We report on the synthesis and characterization of 3‐(2‐(2‐azidoethoxy)ethoxy)‐4‐nitro‐1,2,5‐oxadiazole (NFPEG2N3), which is a liquid nitrofurazanyl ether that was designed to be an energy‐rich plasticizer for glycidyl azide polymer (GAP)‐ and nitrocellulose (NC)‐based formulations.

Binary‐Solvent‐Programmed Single‐Step Inkjet Printing of Self‐Confined Micro‐Inlaid OLED Arrays
Solvent‐programmed micro‐inlay inkjet printing enables lithography‐free, high‐resolution μ‐OLED arrays in a single step. A thermodynamically tuned 3:1 (w/w) chloroform/dichloroethane blend not only drives interfacial phase separation between the solute and polymers but also stabilizes droplet ejection, forming rim‐confined emissive domains in one pass.

The study investigated the effect 5-[(naphthalen-2-yloxy) methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiaszole2-thiol (B3) in animal model of acute epileptic shock.The pharmacokinetics profile of B3 was checked through SwissADME software. The binding affinities of B3, diazepam, and flumazenil (FLZ) were obtained through Auto Dock and PyRx.

Review Article: The Impact of the Gut Microbiome on Ulcerative Colitis Pharmacotherapy
The gut microbiome modulates ulcerative colitis pharmacotherapy through microbial drug metabolism, immune regulation and altered drug bioavailability. Microbial composition influences response to aminosalicylates, corticosteroids, immunomodulators, biologics and small molecules, while microbiome‐targeted therapies show emerging promise.
