Factorial design analysis of the recovery of flavonoids from bilberry fruit by-products

A factorial design at two levels and four factors was used to investigate the recovery of flavonoids from bilberry fruit by-products. Experiments were conducted in batch with aqueous ethanol as extraction solvent.
