Composition and function of Ccr4-Not protein complexes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Ccr4-Not protein complexes are evolutionarily conserved and have important functions in mRNA regulatory processes. Strict regulation of mRNA’s is important for cells since they form the central connection between the genetic information in the nucleus ...

Circular RNAs in Lotus japonicus Responses to Nutrient Supply and Mesorhizobium Symbiosis

open access: yesPlant, Cell &Environment, Volume 49, Issue 8, Page 4823-4839, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Symbiotic interactions between legumes and rhizobia enable nitrogen fixation under low nutrient conditions. The establishment and function of symbiotic interactions require coordinated changes in gene expression in both the host and the microbe. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are endogenous gene‐specific molecules that can regulate transcription and

Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 37, 3 July 2026.
We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.

CCR4 in human allergen-induced late responses in the skin and lung [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
We studied the regulation of CCR4 expression in peripheral blood and in human models of cutaneous and pulmonary allergen challenge. CCR4 expression was detectable on freshly isolated CD4+ lymphocytes and in CD4+ and CD8+ T cell lines derived from blood ...

Generation of Regulatory T Cells Against Islet Neoantigen

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Immunology, Volume 56, Issue 7, July 2026.
Naïve T cells against islet neoantigen exist in peripheral blood that can be primed ex vivo to become regulatory T cells despite the high immunogenic potential of neoantigen. These neoantigen‐induced Tregs show complete suppressive capacity and phenotype indistinguishable from autoantigen‐induced Tregs. Created in BioRender (2026).

Isolation and characterization of the CCR4 associated factors [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
In yeast, Sacchoromyces cerevisiae, transcription of $\underline{ADH2}$ gene (encodes alcohol dehydrogenase II) under glucose derepression conditions requires not only the gene-specific activator, Adr1p, but also the general transcriptional factors like ...

CC Chemokine Receptor 4 (CCR4) in human allergen-induced late nasal responses [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
CC Chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) is preferentially expressed on Th2 lymphocytes. CCR4-mediated inflammation may be important in the pathology of allergic rhinitis.

Immune, molecular and genetic profiles of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma: Recent progress and future challenges

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, Volume 159, Issue 1, Page 11-29, 1 July 2026.
Abstract Gastric signet ring cell carcinoma (GSRCC) is a special type of gastric cancer common in young women. Diffuse gastric cancer (DGC) begins with intramucosal lesions comprising differentiated GSRCC cells. Genetically, GSRCC and DGC are clonally identical, with their morphology influenced by extracellular Wnt signaling.

Absence of CCR4 Exacerbates Skin Inflammation in an Oxazolone-Induced Contact Hypersensitivity Model [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Chemokine receptor CCR4 is expressed by Th2 cells and is involved in the recruitment of inflammatory cells into the skin. We studied the effects of CCR4 deficiency in the murine model of oxazolone-induced contact hypersensitivity in CCR4-/- and wild-type
