Detection and Evaluation of Non-Recombinants in cDNA Libraries by Multiple Cloning Region PCR
Bacteriophages that are routinely used in cDNA libraries do not require any biological selection for forming plaques. Thus parental non-recombinant phages are always found in variable proportions together with recombinant ones in all cDNA libraries.

We found that during chemotherapy‐induced alopecia (CIA), Sonic hedgehog (Shh) expression significantly decreased in hair follicle Shh+ cells, whereas the Janus‐activated kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (JAK/STAT1) signaling pathway was markedly activated.

Subtraction of cap-trapped full-length cDNA libraries to select rare transcripts
The normalization and subtraction of highly expressed cDNAs from relatively large tissues before cloning dramatically enhanced the gene discovery by sequencing for the mouse fulllength cDNA encyclopedia, but these methods have not been suitable for ...

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Chemoresistance in bladder cancer: Macrophage recruitment associated with CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL8 expression is characteristic of Gemcitabine/Cisplatin (Gem/Cis) Non‐Responder tumors (right side) while Responder tumors did not show substantial tumor‐stromal crosstalk (left side). All biological icons are attributed to Bioicons: carcinoma, cancerous‐cell‐

The inhibition of mitochondrial dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) impairs syncytialization and induces cellular senescence via mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum stress in human trophoblast stem cells, elevating sFlt1/PlGF levels, a hallmark of placental dysfunction in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

RecA-Mediated Affinity Capture: A Method for Full-Length cDNA Cloning
We describe an improved method for rapid cloning of full-length cDNA from cDNA libraries. This approach is based on the ability of Escherichia coli RecA protein to form a stable nucleoprotein complex with a linear single-stranded DNA probe and homologous

Next‐Generation Bio‐Reducible Lipids Enable Enhanced Vaccine Efficacy in Malaria and Primate Models
Structure–activity relationship (SAR) optimization of bio‐reducible ionizable lipids enables the development of highly effective lipid nanoparticle (LNP) mRNA vaccines. Lead LNPs show superior tolerability and antibody responses in rodents and primates, outperforming approved COVID‐19 vaccine lipids.

Background The construction of cDNA libraries is a useful tool to understand gene expression in organisms under different conditions, but random sequencing of unbiased cDNA collections is laborious and can give rise to redundant EST collections. We aimed
