This study demonstrates that SenExo‐cCCT2 enables targeted delivery of cCCT2 to pancreatic cancer cells, where it disrupts IPO13‐mediated nuclear translocation of UBC9, impairing SUMOylation‐dependent DNA damage repair and inducing senescence. Senescent tumor cells secrete CXCL10 to recruit CD8⁺ T‐cells while upregulating PD‐L1.

Roles of circRNAs in hematological malignancies
AbstractAs one of the leading causes of death, hematologic malignancies are associated with an ever-increasing incidence, and drug resistance and relapse of patients after treatment represent clinical challenges. Therefore, there are pressing demands to uncover biomarkers to indicate the development, progression, and therapeutic targets for hematologic

PCDA-HNMP: Predicting circRNA-disease association using heterogeneous network and meta-path
Increasing amounts of experimental studies have shown that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play important regulatory roles in human diseases through interactions with related microRNAs (miRNAs).

An atlas of cortical circular RNA expression in Alzheimer disease brains demonstrates clinical and pathological associations. [PDF]
Parietal cortex RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data were generated from individuals with and without Alzheimer disease (AD; ncontrol = 13; nAD = 83) from the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center (Knight ADRC).

Identification of miRNA signatures associated with radiation-induced late lung injury in mice. [PDF]
Acute radiation exposure of the thorax can lead to late serious, and even life-threatening, pulmonary and cardiac damage. Sporadic in nature, late complications tend to be difficult to predict, which prompted this investigation into identifying non ...

Circbank: a comprehensive database for circRNA with standard nomenclature
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) represent a new type of regulatory RNA which forms a covalently closed continuous loop from back-splicing events, a process in which the downstream 5′ splice site and the 3′ splice site are covalently linked.

Model for the role of hsa_circ_0026782/p‐CREB1 (Ser142) played in keloid. Hsa_circ_0026782 is derived from back‐splicing of ITGA7 exon 4. When hsa_circ_0026782 binds to CREB1, the exposure of the bZIP domain and dimerization of CREB1 are promoted (upper left).

Circ_0001686 Promotes Prostate Cancer Progression by Up-Regulating SMAD3/TGFBR2 via miR-411-5p
Purpose: As the mechanism of interaction between circular RNAs (circRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) in regulating the development of prostate cancer (PCa) is not clear, this study focuses on investigating these effects.

A study of differential circRNA and lncRNA expressions in COVID-19-infected peripheral blood
To conquer the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 virus, a large number of studies have been carried out on COVID-19 infection, transmission and treatment. However, few studies have been conducted from the perspectives of circRNA and lncRNA, which are known ...

Self‐amplifying (saRNA), linear (linRNA), and circular (circRNA) mRNAs are compared under standardized conditions using lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and pABOL polymer. saRNA achieved superior expression, while linRNA and circRNA performance varied based on untranslated region elements and delivery method.
