Situs Inversus Totalis: A Case Report and Literature Review
ABSTRACT Situs Inversus Totalis (SIT) is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the complete mirror‐image transposition of the thoracoabdominal viscera. Although typically it has a favorable prognosis, SIT can be associated with ciliopathy‐related disorders, most notably Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD).

DNTTIP1 drives leukaemogenesis through MiDAC‐mediated epigenetic silencing of BMF
DNTTIP1 cooperates with SP1 to recruit HDAC1/2, leading to BMF silencing and reduced competitive binding of BMF to BCL2.This suppresses autophagy and apoptosis, promoting leukaemic cell survival. Targeting the DNTTIP1‐HDAC1/2‐BMF axis reactivates BMF and induces anti‐leukaemic effects.

Human mesenchymal stem cells conditionally secrete sonic hedgehog (SHH)‐containing extra‐large extracellular vesicles (XLEVs) upon PI3K activation, which enriches the GDP‐bound form of Rab18. Rab18‐GDP drives perinuclear maturation and polarized vertical release of SHH‐XLEVs via Hsp90α‐ and nSMase2‐dependent mechanisms.

Dyneins are large multi-component microtubule-based molecular motors involved in many fundamental cellular processes including vesicular transport, mitosis and ciliary/flagellar beating. In order to achieve useful work, these enzymes must contain motor, cargo-binding and regulatory components. The ATPase and microtubule motor domains are located within

Abstract Type B1 and B2 thymomas are lymphocyte‐rich malignant tumours with few somatic mutations in protein‐coding regions of the nuclear genome; nonetheless, noncoding regions remain uncharacterized. Here, we developed a method to isolate pure thymoma cells from lymphocyte‐rich tissues, and then performed genome‐wide deep sequencing. The total number
