This study investigated the individual and combined effects of ellagic acid (EA) and inulin on metabolic and liver health outcomes in a mouse model of NASH. Inulin alone worsened metabolic parameters, elevating fasting blood glucose, LDL levels, and steatosis. EA treatment improved liver injury markers and reduced LDL levels.
