Pharmacogenetics of follicle‐stimulating hormone action in the male
Abstract Male factor infertility (MFI) is involved in half of the cases of couple infertility. The follicle‐stimulating hormone (FSH) therapy is considered efficient to improve semen parameters and pregnancy rate in patients with idiopathic MFI, following the lesson learned from hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

The Homeobox Genes: Classification, Regulation, Biological Functions, and Diseases
Overview of the homeobox gene superfamily and its pathophysiological roles. The homeobox superfamily comprises several major classes, including ANTP, PRD, TALE, LIM, POU, and others. Among these, the HOX clusters (A–D) play critical roles in embryonic development specifically in conferring cellular identity, regulating morphogenesis, and guiding axial ...

ABSTRACT Thyroid hormones (THs) are under negative feedback regulation via the hypothalamic–pituitary‐thyroid (HPT) axis. How this axis operates to keep the circulating THs within a narrow physiological range is not well understood quantitatively. Led by the design principle of robust homeostatic feedback control, here we review and synthesize the ...

Human HOX Proteins Use Diverse and Context-Dependent Motifs to Interact with TALE Class Cofactors
Summary: HOX proteins achieve numerous functions by interacting with the TALE class PBX and MEIS cofactors. In contrast to this established partnership in development and disease, how HOX proteins could interact with PBX and MEIS remains unclear.

Roles of TIF1β in Leukemic Stem Cell Through SETDB1‐Dependent and Independent Mechanisms
In leukemic stem cell, BCR::ABL cooperates with TIF1β to open chromatin at oncogenes and close chromatin at differentiation regulators, driving leukemic reprogramming. In TIF1β‐deficient stem cell, the loss of TIF1β inverts this balance, showing closed chromatin at oncogenes and open chromatin at differentiation regulators.
