Analisis Riset Hipervirulensi dan Multi Drug Resisten Klebsiella Pneumoniae: Studi Bibliometrik Berbasis VOSviewer [PDF]
Latar Belakang: Sifat co-transfer Gen pengkode hipervirulensi (hvKP) dan resistensi antibiotik (MDR-KP) Klebsiella Pneumoniae memfasilitasi konvergensi, membentuk superbug yang berpotensi menyebabkan wabah dengan gejala berat dan tak terobati ...

The primary mechanism of carbapenem resistance identified in pediatric CRKP‐BSI strains was the production of Class B metalloenzymes. We report, for the first time, an outbreak of bloodstream infections in a neonatal ward caused by the dissemination of NDM‐1‐producing ST25 K. pneumoniae.

Carbapenem-resistant hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (CR-hvKP) has been increasingly reported worldwide. Here, we report an outbreak caused by sequence type 859-K19 (ST859-K19) CR-hvKP isolates in a teaching hospital in China.

(1) Existing multiplex nucleic acid detection struggles to combine high sensitivity, visual readout, and instrument‐free use, which is vital for rapid infection and antibiotic resistance diagnosis. (2) We developed MAGIC, integrating isothermal cascaded amplification and fluorescent RNA aptamer transcription, achieving 10 aM sensitivity, 100% accuracy ...

Genomic and functional analyses of host association, host adaptation and virulence of Klebsiella pneumoniae [PDF]
In den letzten Jahren wurden eine Zunahme von Antibiotikaresistenzen sowie Infektionen durch hypervirulente K. pneumoniae (hvKp) mit Sorge beobachtet. Die Tatsache, dass das Vorkommen von K.

ABSTRACT Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKp) has emerged globally as a major public health concern, often associated with severe community‐acquired and healthcare‐associated human infections. Despite alerts from PAHO/WHO on convergent hvKp strains with multidrug resistance in Latin America, comprehensive data from Brazil, the region's largest ...
