Rabies Virus Sequencing using Illumina- MiSeq v1
This Rabies whole genome sequencing protocol has been derived and modified from the Illumina COVIDSeq RUO sequencing pipeline. The protocol has been modified and optimised for sequencing Rabies virus (RABV). The methodology uses RABV-specific primers that have been designed in-house.
