Transtibial Technique for Medial Meniscus Root Repair and Centralization

Abstract Recent evidence suggests that meniscotibial ligament disruption with progressive extrusion often precedes medial meniscus posterior root tears, clarifying the limited efficacy of isolated root repair. Accordingly, combined root repair and centralization yield more favorable biomechanical restoration and clinical outcomes.

TCPL, a transfersome with Tween 80 and PEI, enables efficient transdermal siNF‐κB delivery, resolving PEI's toxicity issue.
