Quantification of circulating miR-517c-3p and miR-210-3p levels in preeclampsia

Pregnancy Hypertension, 2019
MicroRNAs (miRNAs, miRs) are small regulatory non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression by incomplete complementary attachment to the 3'UTR, 5'UTR, ORF and promoter regions of target mRNAs. We compared plasma levels of miR-210-3p and miR-517c-3p as cell-free microRNAs (cfmiRNAs) in preeclamptic (n = 20) and healthy women (n = 20).

Seminal plasma miR‐210‐3p is a biomarker for screening dyszoospermia caused by varicocele

Andrologia, 2019
To evaluate the value of seminal plasma miR-210-3p as a novel and non-invasive biomarker for screening dyszoospermia caused by varicocele. Semen samples from patients with varicocele and healthy males were collected for semen analysis and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.

miR-210-3p Impairs Pancreatic β-Cell Function by Targeting Dtx1 in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Journal of Environmental Pathology, Toxicology and Oncology, 2022
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), a common complication in pregnancy, could threaten the health of both pregnancies and their offspring. miR-210-3p has been reported that play a crucial role in many diseases. Nevertheless, the molecular mechanism and clinical significance of miR-210-3p in the GDM is still unclear. miR-210-3p was overexpressed in the

Serum miR-210-3p as a Potential Noninvasive Biomarker of Lung Adenocarcinoma: A Preliminary Study

Genetic Testing and Molecular Biomarkers, 2019
Background: Development of noninvasive biomarkers could potentially contribute to extending the 5-year overall survival rate of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Circulating microRNAs (miRNAs), due to their high stability, have the potential to become valuable cancer biomarkers.

MiR-210-3p targets CELF2 to facilitate progression of lung squamous carcinoma through PI3K/AKT pathway

Medical Oncology, 2022
This study examined the internal mechanism of miR-210-3p/CELF2 in LUSC. Expression data of mRNAs and miRNAs in LUSC were acquired from TCGA and subjected to differential expression analysis. qRT-PCR was applied to examine miR-210-3p and CELF2 expression.

In silico analysis reveals hypoxia-induced miR-210-3p specifically targets SARS-CoV-2 RNA

Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics, 2023
Human coronaviruses (HCoVs) until the emergence of SARS in 2003 were associated with mild cold and upper respiratory tract infections. The ongoing pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has enhanced the potential for infection and transmission as compared to other known members of this family.

Placental expression of miR-21-5p, miR-210-3p and miR-141-3p: relation to human fetoplacental growth

European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2021
Dysregulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) and their target genes in placental tissue is associated with foetal growth restriction. We aimed to evaluate associations of placental miR-21-5p, miR-141-3p and miR-210-3p expression with maternal, placental and newborn parameters and with placental expression of their potential target genes PTEN, VEGF, FLT and ENG ...

miR‐210‐3p Ameliorates Metabolic Dysfunction–Associated Steatohepatitis‐Related Fibrosis by Targeting ISCU and Induces Ferroptosis

Liver International
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis (MASH)‐related fibrosis plays an important role in MASH prognosis; however, the underlying mechanism remains unknown. Here, we explored the involvement of miR‐210‐3p in MASH‐associated fibrosis.

MiR‐210‐3p inhibits osteogenic differentiation and promotes adipogenic differentiation correlated with Wnt signaling in ERα‐deficient rBMSCs

Journal of Cellular Physiology, 2019
AbstractMicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate activities in living organisms through various signaling pathways and play important roles in the development and progression of osteoporosis. The balance between osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of rBMSCs is closely related to the occurrence of osteoporosis. ERα regulates bone metabolism in various tissues.

Uterine-derived exosomes induce the M2 polarization of macrophages via miR-210-3p/ATP5D to promote endometriosis progression

Life Sciences
Endometriosis development is associated with peritoneal immune microenvironment abnormality; however, the specific mechanism is uncertain. We aimed to investigate the effects and underlying mechanisms of uterine cavity-derived exosomes on macrophage polarization and endometriosis progression.Uterine cavity-derived exosomes, miR-210-3p inhibitor or ...
