Promotion of B cell responses by cognate NKT cells help.
B cells recognize, through their B cell receptor (BCR), capsular polysaccharide Ags associated with lipids (e.g., formulated particles). BCR crosslinking leads to endocytosis and transport of Ags to endosomal compartment.

High‐dimensional spectral cytometry of peripheral blood mononuclear cells at hospital admission revealed that acute pancreatitis patients who subsequently developed moderately‐to‐severe disease exhibited a specific reduction of circulating CD2 + CD8dim NKT‐like cells, which appear to acquire an altered cytotoxic‐like phenotype upon IL‐15 stimulation ...

The highly expanded TCRβ+ DNT cells in autoimmune‐prone B6/lpr mice are phenotypically and functionally different from the TCRβ+DNT cells of normal B6 mice. Conditional Egr2 deletion in B6/lpr mice not only reduces TCRβ+ DNT cell numbers but also tends to correct the phenotypic and functional abnormalities of DNT cells in B6/lpr mice. In addition, Egr2

LN B-cells are increased in CTSLnkt/nkt mice.
LN cells from wt and CTSLnkt/nkt mice were stained with anti-B220, CD19 and IgM and analyzed by FACS. (A) Representative histograms of LN B220+ cells are shown. (B) Absolute numbers (mean ± SD; n = 4) of LN B220+CD19+cells.

Hyperspectral tomographic diffractive microscopy: Development and applications
Abstract Tomographic Diffractive Microscopy (TDM) provides label‐free three‐dimensional imaging of transparent samples with resolution surpassing confocal limits. At IRIMAS, successive instrumental developments since 2009 have enhanced TDM capabilities through transmission, reflection, isotropic, polarisation‐sensitive, and dual‐view configurations ...

DX5/CD49b-positive T cells are not synonymous with CD1d-dependent NKT cells
NKT cells are typically defined as CD1d-dependent T cells that carry an invariant TCR α-chain and produce high levels of cytokines. Traditionally, these cells were defined as NK1.1 T cells, although only a few mouse strains express the NK1.1 molecule.

Inflammatory and Immunological Basis of Periodontal Diseases
The periodontal lesion emerges as an evolving immunological battlefield, where host–microbiome interactions, dysregulated immune responses, fragile resolution mechanisms, and inflammophilic dysbiosis converge to shift the balance from homeostasis to unrestrained tissue destruction.

TCF/LEF family transcription factors: Molecular landscape and prognostic scoring in pan‐cancer
This study provides a comprehensive molecular landscape of TCF/LEF family transcription factors across 33 cancer types. We developed a TCF/LEF‐based prognostic score that correlates with immune infiltration, metabolic reprogramming and drug sensitivity, offering a robust transcriptomic signature for predicting patient survival and therapeutic response.
