In this work, we developed a complex‐mediated nucleophilic aromatic substitution which can generate rich D‐A AIEgens under a facile condition. The AIE mechanism of such AIEgens was unveiled and their application towards fatty liver imaging was exhibited. Abstract Donor‐acceptor (D‐A) compounds are particularly important in optoelectronic and biological

KB2764 interacted with alpha‐enolase (ENO1) and pyruvate kinase M (PKM), ultimately leading to PKM phosphorylation of ENO1. KB2764 consequently increased mitochondrial ATP production and decreased glycolysis dependence. Furthermore, the action of KB2764 extends its application to extend the lifespan of Caenorhabditis elegans.

Synthesis and antitumor activity of mechercharmycin A analogues [PDF]
Several analogs of the cytotoxic thiopeptide IB-01211 or Mechercharmycin A (1) have been synthetized. The cytotoxicity of 1 and the synthetized analogs was evaluated against a panel of three human tumor cell lines.

Reaction Kinetics of NH2 With H2CO and CH3CHO: Modeling Implications for NH3‐Dual Fuel Blends
ABSTRACT Carbon‐free fuels like ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen (H₂) offer significant potential in combating global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and moving toward zero carbon emissions. Over the past few years, our research has focused on understanding the combustion behavior of carbon‐neutral and carbon‐free fuels.

New heterocycles having double characters; as antimicrobial and surface active agents.
Fatty acids isothiocyanate (1) was used as a starting material to synthesize some important heterocycles such as triazoles, oxazoles, thiazoles, benzoxazoles and quinazolines by treating with different types of nucleophiles such as nitrogen nucleophiles,

Non linear Prediction of Antitubercular Activity Of Oxazolines and Oxazoles derivatives Making Use of Compact TS-Fuzzy models Through Clustering with orthogonal least sqaure technique and Fuzzy identification system [PDF]
The prediction of uncertain and predictive nonlinear systems is an important and challenging problem. Fuzzy logic models are often a good choice to describe such systems however in many cases these become complex soon. commonlly, too less effort is put into descriptor selection and in the creation of suitable local rules.

Sorption of Sulfonamide Antibiotics in Peat Soils With Different Properties
Sulfonamide antibiotics contaminate peat soils where they are sorbed to functional groups in a pH‐dependent manner that can be successfully described by QSAR. ABSTRACT Background Sulfonamide antibiotics have been discovered as emerging pharmaceutical pollutants worldwide and are only poorly removed in wastewater treatment.
