Obstructive Jaundice due to a Periportal Tuberculous Mass Complicated by Anti‐Tuberculous Drug‐Induced Liver Injury: A Case Report From a Low‐Resource Setting

ABSTRACT Periportal tuberculous lymphadenitis with obstructive jaundice is rare and may mimic malignancy. We report a case of obstructive jaundice caused by a periportal tuberculous mass confirmed by fine‐needle aspiration and GeneXpert. Treatment was complicated by anti‐tuberculous drug‐induced liver injury.
