Multifacet Roles of Cellular Senescence in Cancer: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Implications
Cellular senescence shapes tumor progression through both antitumor and protumor mechanisms. Senescence triggered by telomere shortening restricts malignant transformation and limits tumor cell proliferation, while the senescence‐associated secretory phenotype (SASP) secretion enhances antitumor immunity by activating cytotoxic T cells.

ABSTRACT Objective Aging alters mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC) function, leading to dysregulated adipogenesis across tissues through biased lineage commitment. Fat redistribution from adipose depots to skeletal muscle and bone marrow is common in aging, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.

Ageing Through the Looking‐Glass: The Different Flavours of Clonal Haematopoiesis
Different forms of CH share common germline and environmental risk factors and have overlapping prevalence and disease associations, suggesting common underlying ageing processes. We explore intersections of different forms of CH, clinical implications of these, and how this enhances our understanding of the biology of ageing.

DNA Methylation Signatures of Cellular Senescence Are Not Reversed by Senolytic Treatment
We found very little overlap between CpGs that were correlated with in vitro senescence, chronological age, and mortality. While we were able to train epigenetic clocks with CpGs that accelerated with cellular senescence, these clocks did not decelerate with Senolytic treatment. ABSTRACT Epigenetic clocks are commonly used aging biomarkers based on DNA

Aging Triggers an Intestinal Energy Crisis and HDL3 Deficiency Disrupting Gut–Liver Axis Homeostasis
The age‐related mitochondrial energy crisis and the consequent disruption of intestinal HDL3 biosynthesis converge to disrupt the gut–liver HDL3‐LPS/TLR4 axis, compromising hepatic anti‐inflammatory function and driving liver injury, an effect reversible upon NMN administration.
