ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

Simulation of Single-event Irradiation Damage Effects on GaN-based LEDs
Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as keydevices in the fields of space exploration and nuclear technology hold broad application prospects. However, in space applications, LEDs face challenges from the radiation environment, which poses a serious threat to ...

In triple-well PMOSFET transistor, a deep n+ well (DNW) is a process used to isolate the substrate noise, which can lead to changes in effect of single event transient (SET). In outer space, collision of cosmic energetic particles with sensitive nodes of

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, with an overall survival now surpassing 90% in developed countries. However, treatments are not without adverse effects. In this study, we apply the severe toxicity‐free survival (STFS) framework to determine the prevalence of 21 physician‐defined severe ...

ABSTRACT A lethal round‐cell malignancy with an MN1::ZNF341 fusion has recently been reported in three infants. Here, we describe four further tumors, three in newborns (including monozygotic twins), and one in an adolescent. Detailed clinical, radiological, and histopathological data differentiate these tumors from their main mimics, neuroblastoma and

Heavy Ions Induced Single-Event Transient in SiGe-on-SOI HBT by TCAD Simulation
In this work, the effects of heavy ion strike position, incident angle, linear energy transfer (LET) value, ambient temperature, bias conditions, and the synergistic effects of total dose irradiation on the single-event transient (SET) in silicon ...

An infrastructure for accurate characterization of single-event transients in digital circuits
We present the architecture and a detailed pre-fabrication analysis of a digital measurement ASIC facilitating long-term irradiation experiments of basic asynchronous circuits, which also demonstrates the suitability of the general approach for obtaining accurate radiation failure models developed in our FATAL project.
